ADHD Coaching

The Director of Atlantic Counseling & Consultation, Jerry DiMatteo, Certified Coach and LICSW, is now focusing specifically on AD/HD coaching for adolescents and adults.

Jerry received his Graduate certificate in coaching from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology and has his master’s degree in the behavioral sciences from Simmons College.

Coaches help people with AD/HD do the following:

• Focus on achieving their goals
• Help create an action plan to achieve goals
• Rewards successes and foster healthy motivation
• Avoid procrastination and attending anxiety around productivity
• Learn active steps to master challenges around organization, focus and balance
